Structural development is nearing completion. Interior work, installations (elevators, escalators, fire safety, electrical systems), and the exterior façade are progressing steadily.
Next Milestones
Finishing works (flooring, ceilings, lighting), handover of spaces for retailer fit-outs, and development of parking areas and common amenities.
Timeline
On track for scheduled delivery and possession by November 2029, bringing Hajipur a new hub for shopping, lifestyle, and entertainment.
